Responsible or Not?

Ok i am going to rant again, please forgive me...

Picture this: you are going to leave the dept/team/company, how would u handle ur projects? just heck care and let the pathetic soul who is taking over u handle all the shit? Is this call "responsibility"? or this is lack of it?

Same thing applies to other stuffs, the problem u created or co-created, do u just happily pretend as though nothing have happen when something indeed have happen and just heck care? leave all the shit to the other person who have no choice but to continue and try to clear the shit u created for them? does this sound like a super irresponsible person to u?

such ppl u think can succeed? i highly doubt so, how can he/she win the respect of everyone? A great leader inspires others with his own actions.
