Going to buy a durian cake for my dad's bday next tues so spent some time researching..
From the net, these are the bakeries which i shortlisted, all are famous for their durian cakes..

2) Goodwood park hotel

Goodwood park is out cos too far so went to get a slice from the others to try...

No much durian taste, taste alot of cream, like normal fresh cream cake - Eliminated

717/727:
quite good, a close 2nd ...actually i feel both this and EMI are good, but i not good wif durians, according to my mum, the durian of the EMI is nicer...

EMI:
Strong and nice durian fillings...better durian taste than the 717/727 (according to mum)
