OTOT everyday

the title says it all...
almost everyday gotta OT (for abt 1.5 mths liao) till about 9-10pm.. reached home already around 10-11pm... super sianz.. Even gotta burn my sundays time wif dd... Grrr... almost turning into a lifeless beast...

I dun understand how these 'creatures' here think... dun they have a life? dun they have family? dun they need some personal free time?

come to think of it, even if u work till late late everyday, dun u produce as much during those 'extra hours'? i firmly believe that when a man is tired, he loses motivation, when he loses motivation he is unproductive... esp in our line where we gotta have a clear head and think carefully... wat's the pt when we produce the "goods" but they are full of bugs? no point right?
when u're tired, u will not think properly.. esp for me..

I feel tat i am no longer in control of my time already, it's have been dictated by others, by others who wan to see involvement, they are the ones who think that

LONG WORK HRS = PROACTIVE WORKER = HARDWORKING WORKER = GOOD WORKER

i tot that by gg into a European MNC, they managers would have more liberal mindset i.e. as long as the goods are produced, they dun care how long u spend in office..

but i am wrong.. in my office they(the bosses) still think in the JAP way... sianz

I dun mind if they burn my weekdays but i just cannot take it when they burn my sundays as well (worse of all, i dun get paid for working extra hrs)... All i wan is to have 1 day of good rest, one day of personal time, to be with my family and love ones... So recharge myself so that i could be fresher and more ready for work for the next week... is tat too much to ask?
