The love story of Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu continues in this sequel, sorry for those who have not seen the 1st instalment :=)
XiangQin and Zhi Shu went to Guam island for their honeymoon, On the plane to Guam XiangQin manages to get their wedding video played... haha Zhi Shu's Whole family follow there as well.
there they met Mary (a sexy lady) and Ah Qiao, a japanese couple who was going there to get married
Mary began to admire Zhu and made all kinds of advances to get close to him and of cos Xiang Qin tried all sorts of means to stop it. In one incident, Mary fake a stomachache to be alone with zhi shu but when zhi shu found out, he told her off and said Xiang Qin is much better than her, Ah qiao told her off also. Ah Qiao and Mary finally got married and Zhi Shu, Xiang Qin and family went back home.
Back home, Zhi Shu's mum reminded Zhi shu to bring Xiang Qin to register their marriage, but Zhi shu refuse saying that he is busy (actually he planned to do it after graduation).Later He gotta work on a medical report and wasn't home for a few days. Xiang Qin took things too hard and tot he is not serious with her and kicked up a big fuss. she told Ah Jing and he in turn spread this to the whole school. Later Zhi Shu brought Xiang Qin to attend his medical presentation to show her wat he was busy with.A few days later, he brought her to register their marriage.
Zhi Shu's family moved to a bigger house, School reopens and Xiang Qin decides to try being a teacher. Of cos with her level, she did not have a good time when she interns at Yu Shu's School. Hao Mei a younger version of her was introduced, she, like xiang qin admire Yu Shu very much.
After her intern ends, Xiang Qin went back to school however she did not pass as she miscalculate her academic points (as usual). Zhi Shu was very angry and chided her, she left the house in a huff and nearly got conned into becoming a porn actress. it was then she realise that she was too naive and began to realise a little why Zhi shu was so strict with her (actually zhi shu wanted her to be more independent and not always depend on him).She was saved by Yu Shu and she later went to work in a small restaurant with the usual cock ups of cos. Finally Zhi Shu came and took her home and she told Zhi SHu she wanted to become a nurse.
She passed the nursing exams (with the help of zhi shu) and switched course to nursing but as she was retained, she became the oldest student there. She kept her relationship from her students as she was afraid they will ostracize her because her husband is very popular in her class. Finally they found out about her relationship when Zhi shu visited her in class.
One of her classmates, Qi Tai began to develop a one sided love for Xiang Qin. This got Zhi Shu very jealous (but he din noe wat is the feeling of jealousy). He din noe wat to do and ignored Xiang Qin. Xiang Qin was sad again as she tot Zhi Shu dun love her and kept thinking that Zhi Shu dun love her as much as she does for him. Later Ah Jing enlighten Zhi Shu tat wat he was feeling was jealously. Xiang Qin's dad cannot stand Zhi Shu's attitude for Xiang Qin and hit him. Later Zhi Shu finally understood and declared his love for Xiang QIn openly in the school canteen. Qi Tai decided to back off.
During her nursing intern, she was assigned to take care of a troublesome old lady who was also crazy with Zhi Shu(he was interning at the same place as well). Upon knowing that she was ZHi Shu wife, the old lady created more trouble for Xiang Qin until she nearly gave up but she perserved and finally won over the old lady... before she complete her intern, the old lady quietly told Zhi Shu that Xiang Qin is very good.
Zhi Shu graduated and was posted to Matzu for national Service, Xiang Qin missed him terribly and sneak off to Matzu to look for him even though she promised she will only go look for him after she became a qualified nurse. Some drama here as she mistaken Zhi Shu had a affair with his patient's mum. She managed persuaded his patient to go for a heart operation.
During one of his holidays, Zhi Shu came back and went to visit her mum's tomb with Xiang Qin and her dad. They were given a super warm welcome at their hometown. Very soon Xiang Qin passed her nursing course, she wanted to informed ZHi Shu and despite a storm she sneak to Matzu w/o her parent's and in law's knowledge.
She had wanted to serve as a nurse in Matzu hospital but was told there is no vacancy there and she had to serve at her U's hospital together with her former classmates.
She made a lot of blunders but she managed to improve based on shear hardwork. Later Zhi Shu came back and they serve in the same hospital. DUring her birthday, Zhi Shu showed Xiang Qin to his room and she found out that he had been keeping all her gifts including the model house she made for him. She was very touched, she realise that Zhi Shu loved her very much also.
Later one of Yu Shu's fren (appear in part1) Ah Nuo came to Zhi Shu's hospital for a checkup and treatment. He is now a movie star and his character changed completely. after much effort Xiang Qin and Zhi SHu managed to convince him to go for the operation and he recovered. Zhi Shu had fufilled wat he promised ah nuo earlier.
later Xiang Qin did a eye checkup and found out her eye condition may be inherited to the next generation and currently there is no cure. She could go blind.... She fainted while waiting for Zhi Shu and Zhi shu brought her home.He suspect Xiang Qin was pregnant and told the whole family. Upon hearing tat Xiang Qin was very upset and dunno wat to do cos she dun wan their baby to be blind or pass her condition to her baby. She decided to run away so as not to troubled Zhi Shu but she dunno where to go and ended up in Zhi Shu's office where she was found. Zhi Shu affirm her that no matter wat happens he will be with her and they went home.
the story end when they are going to checkup.
My Feelings: There are many writeups on the love that they couple displayed but i think wat i wan to add from this drama is that love can appear differently.
Like for Xiang Qin, she showed her love by declaration for Zhi Shu all the time and treat everything related to him very seriously.
For Zhi Shu though he is not as open as her, he loves her just as much. He was afraid that Xiang Qin couldn't do without him cos he dunno if he can be wif her forever. He is very strict with her and wanted her to be more independent (that's why he is angry when Xiang Qin miscalculate her academic pts)
Sometimes when we tot the other party don't love us as much as we do, we fail to realise that love can exist in other forms.
