Abit adventurous this year... SBR 21km will be the warm-up for the SCM 42km run hehe

Changi Village walk

1st of all, i must confess today i did a bad thing... rejected 2 army fellas to bring them to "a place where they can take taxi" cos don't feel safe... haha was exploring where to go to lunch today at Changi beach park carpark after running an errant from CNB then one fella came and ask...he had tatoos all over his body... abit scare... haha
anyway also dun feel like ferrying them cos i also dunno where i wan to go... mabbe if gal, still can discuss... hahahaha

Wanted to go popeye's at T3 or Grilled chicken at downtown east.. but in the end end up at changi village kopitiam... No camera with me.. so no pics...

bought brown sugar kaya, butter bun (wow really soft, niceeeeee) and a big bun(from Johor Baru not tiong bahru pau) they call the "叶子楣包" ... here's the pic..



haben eat it yet... not sure whether it's nice or not..

passed by one Changi beach park today... hmm... reminded me... memories... unappreciated kindness and Magnanimity...

Anyway today signed up for income life insurance + accident and monday a prudential life policy... as always CY's style wan to things, chop chop... haha now i am covered as well as done with insurance policies for the time being... hoho...

How much coverage is enough?

Yesterday met with Steve's Prudential Agent and signed a 50k life policy /w PMCC, due to PMCC, the coverage may eventually rise to 50+50+50(PMCC) + 50k with her... anyway she managed to convince me because of the "diversification" issue. I intend to take up income, 100k but then.... oh well... haha

Wondering how much coverage is enough? tot of $50 + $100k but the monthly premium abit too high...
settle for $50 + $70k? hmmm..... wonder if $120k is enough in the future.

1 more life + accident and my "shopping" (for the next 5 yrs at least) will be complete haha

I wonder why i am always clearing shit that others created... perhaps my life is also "engineer"? Solve problems? What did i done? Project management or management (in general) is all about "Time" and "Money" and mabbe "people"...sometimes u have to compromise to get things done... that including making unpopular decisions...
When will it end? Where is my happiness gg to come from? clearing shit? haha Why can't ppl be more fair to me?

The prudential agent called me again.... though i've more or less decide on the income one... but she super aggressive... so mabbe meet her 1 more time... for her to state her case... must let ppl talk mah right? haha

Close Shave

Close shave for blue durian. was going home from soccer session this morning, perhaps abit tired from 2 consecutive days of football... (but no excuses ) was looking at my friend leaving then didn't notice that one of the cars was abit out from it's lot, then my car was too far left and i think rub abit... heng just now clean got some scratches but polish and it actually come off... heng... haha

Must be getting old liao... 2 consecutive days of football make my leg abit ache
the bruise on my left leg still not yet heal. then kena another bruise on my calf on saturday...

just bought my 1st insurance... medical one... incomeshield... looking for a life insurance next... income,prudential,AIG,Aviva,Great Eastern Life.. wah so many to choose from...headache...

Morning went to SAFRA Tampines for soccer game... Dunno wat to eat for lunch but suddenly had craving for Root Beer float... can't think of anywhere with that except New York New York. Anyway have not tried that since it's opening... not sure where in the east have New York New York so went back to Lot 1

Oh realised that i've not visited the lot1 carpark even though i stayed here for over 18years haha

hehe... decided to challenge myself this year, registered for the 42km... hoho., hopefully can complete...

Lesson ended early today so took a short walk to iluma to watch transformers 2...
Frankly speaking i agree with the critics that the plot is quite weak, but if u wan action, explosions and a hot babe, this movie is worth watching...
